Is your Naturopath qualified?
Alexandra Lucciantonio, is a fully degree-qualified Naturopath. She completed BHSc (Naturopathy) at Endeavour College of Natural Health and is a member of the Naturopathic & Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA).
Who should see a Naturopath?
You don’t need an excuse to see a Naturopath other than wanting to live in good health. A Naturopath is happy to give their trained advice on diet, lifestyle and supportive treatments such as nutritional and herbal medicines whether it be to treat an illness or for general wellbeing.
Naturopathic philosophy has its roots in preventative medicine and the belief that by supporting all body systems and ensuring that optimal nutritional status is maintained, one can live a full and healthy life.
Do I need a referral to see a Naturopath?
No you do not need a referral to see a Naturopath, although another health professional may recommend one to you.
What conditions can a Naturopath help with?

Are dispensed items included in the treatment price?
No, these are individualised treatment plans so any herbal mixes, supplements, flower essences or creams are extra and priced at RRP.
What time should I arrive to my appointment?
Aim to arrive 5-10 minutes early, there may be forms needing to be filled out prior to consultation.
What if I am running late?
Unfortunately there may be other clients waiting to see me after you. To keep all parties happy, I will need to keep to the scheduled finishing time of your appointment.
If you are more then 30 mins late to your appointment, you will forfeit your whole appointment as it is within my duty of care to see you for a set duration. As per our Refunds & Cancellation Policy you will need to pay the full amount of the appointment, and can reschedule to a time that suits you.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
You can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. For more information see the Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
